Winner must hold a current and valid Queensland Driver Licence. Winner must be aged 25 years or older at the time of vehicle collection. Hire period is strictly limited to 24 hours. For example, if the vehicle is collected at 10:00am, it must be returned by 10:00am the following day. Winner must present their driver's licence and any required identification prior to vehicle collection. The vehicle may only be driven by the winner. No additional or substitute drivers are permitted. The winner is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it was collected, subject to reasonable wear and tear. In the event of an accident, damage, theft, loss, infringement, or insurance claim, the winner will be fully responsible for any applicable insurance excess and any costs not covered by insurance. The winner is responsible for all tolls, parking fees, traffic infringements, speeding fines, and other penalties incurred during the hire period. The total distance travelled during the 24-hour hire period must not exceed 200 kilometres. Additional kilometres will be charged at the standard per-kilometre rate determined by the vehicle owner. The vehicle must not be used for racing, track events, burnouts, drifting, off-road driving, ride-sharing services, commercial purposes, towing, driver training, or any illegal activity. Smoking, vaping, or transporting animals in the vehicle is strictly prohibited unless approved by the vehicle owner in writing. The vehicle must not be taken outside of Queensland without the prior written consent of the vehicle owner. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at collection. Any refuelling costs and administration fees may be charged to the winner. Late returns may incur additional charges at the owner's standard daily rental rate. The owner reserves the right to refuse collection of the vehicle if the winner appears impaired, intoxicated, or otherwise unfit to drive. Vehicle availability is subject to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance requirements, and owner availability. If the prize vehicle becomes unavailable, a substitute vehicle of similar value may be provided at the owner's discretion. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with all applicable road rules and laws throughout the hire period. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or resalable. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
