Hire Period

• Standard hire period: 3 days.
• Extended hire available on request.

Minimum Hire

• $500 minimum hire per booking for delivery option.
• $150 minimum for DIY hire pick up from Currumbin 

Booking & Deposit

• 30% deposit required to confirm booking.
• Remaining balance due 7 days prior to collection or installation. If booking within 7 days full payment is required. 
• Booking confirmed once deposit is received.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery fees quoted on request.
• Pickup option available from Currumbin for all items except our luxury marquee.
• Collection or pickup must be coordinated in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 30 days: payments are non-refundable.
   

Item Care & Responsibility

• Items must be used as intended.
• Clients responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Items should be returned clean and undamaged. Extra cleaning fees may apply.

• Date & time for collection or installation
