Special Requirements / Payment Terms
$100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking and remaining balance due in cash on pick-up or bank transfer must be made one day prior to event day.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your trip, you have the following options:
If the event is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. If the remaining balance has been paid and if you cancel up to 14 days before departure, you will receive full credit for the amount paid, valid for future bookings with Hummers in Paradise for a period of one year from the date of cancellation. If the remaining balance has been paid and if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the date of experience, it will result in a 50% credit of the amount paid, also valid for future bookings with Hummers in Paradise.
Please note that these credits can be used for any of our services and are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you have any questions regarding our credit policy or wish to understand how you can utilise your credits, please contact us.
