Our all-inclusive hire fee includes your audio guestbook phone, return shipping, processing and delivery of voice messages on a keepsake USB, custom signage and greeting suggestions. No surprise costs here!

Special Requirements / Payment Terms
$150 deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to event date. If booking within 6 weeks of event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
1. Ownership of Goods
All hire items as detailed in the Hirer’s invoice remain the sole property of our company at all times.
2. Responsibility for Hired Goods
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the safety, care, and condition of the hired items from the time they are delivered by the company or collected by the Hirer from the company's warehouse, until they are returned to or collected by the company and physically inspected by a representative of the company.
3. Return Window
Hirers may return rental items within 7 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging.
4. Return Shipping
The company provides free return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided either in the original shipment or upon request.
5. No Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees or additional return processing charges. Returns are free of charge within the approved return window.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Goods
All costs associated with damage, theft, or loss of hired items will be borne by the Hirer. If the goods are not returned in original condition, damage will be assessed, and the applicable repair or replacement fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
7. Late Returns
Failure to return hired goods by the agreed return date will result in the original hire price being recharged in full.
8. Credit Card Authorization
The Hirer agrees to provide a valid credit card to the company, which will remain securely on file until all hired items are returned on time and in original condition.
A. If goods are not returned, a replacement fee of $1,500.00 will be charged.
B. If goods are returned in damaged condition, a repair or replacement fee will be assessed and charged accordingly.
9. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
10. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
