Wedding/Bar Coffee Service
Description
Complimentary coffees and the service of alcohol out of the Daisy caravan
I do a 2 hour minimum for this kind of event. For a wedding service it comes with the coffee service which includes unlimited 8oz hot organic (free trade) coffees, hot chocolates, tea, chai, turmeric lattes and a variety of milks to satisfy your guests including regular, lite, lactose free, oat, almond and soy.
It would also include the service of alcohol out of the Daisy caravan, you would provide the alcohol that you want to be served. I have my own glassware (champagne flukes and wine glasses) that I will bring along with bar tools. All this would be served by two staff members but depending on the amount of people a third can be provided.
You would need to provide:
- Alcohol and mixers to be served
- Ice
- Paper cups for mixers
Additional travel expenses will be applied to all bookings over 100km
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is to be made in order to reserve a date for the upcoming event. Full payment must be made 1 week prior to the event. Due to the nature of small business, once full payment is made if event is cancelled within 48 hours, there will be no refunds.
Catering is conducted by a third party and refund will be determined by their policy. We would hate for food/produce to go to waste, if you have any concerns about the event date please let us know as soon as possible to prevent this occurring.
