Hire Terms

• $100 refundable security bond required for all bookings.
• Bond is refunded once all equipment is returned on time and in its original condition.
• The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the hire period.
• Bookings under $200 require full payment at the time of booking.
• Bookings of $200+ require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery or collection.
• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a 70% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• Free delivery within the Gold Coast for bookings of 2+ consecutive hire days.
