We will work with you to create a menu of up to 4 speciality cocktails for you and your guests to enjoy throughout the night, as well as serving beer, WINE and spirits.
We will guide YOU every step of the way in what kind how much alcohol to purchase for your DRINKS MENU..
Prices are based on a general 2 hour Setup time and 4 hours of Full Bar Service.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Non-Refundable Deposit 35% due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due - 7 days prior to event date. If event date is within 7 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. Refund of Remaining balance can be issued with minimum 7 days notice of cancellation. We operate on a BYO basis. We cannot and do not provide alcohol or alcoholic ingredients for the drinks chosen for our events. We may require reimbursements for additional non-alcoholic ingredients purchased for events. This may include ice / juices / sweeteners that may be needed if the events guest numbers rise above the original quotes numbers
Our staff are rsa certified and hold the right to refuse service to any unduly intoxicated guests or guests whom disrespect or show abusive behaviour towards our staff. We hold the right to cancel all remaining alcohol service if we feel our staff are in an unsafe or abusive environment.
Our service fee is non-refundable.
Alcohol and non-alcoholic quantities will be discussed prior to the event with our clients, however it is up to our clients discretion on how much is bought. We prepare non-alcoholic ingredients based off these amounts discussed. We take no responsibility for any alcohol or non-alcoholic ingredients running out.
All glassware and other rentals from third parties are subject to reimbursement costs. Our clients are liable for any breakages or damage to any equipment provided by us or third parties.
A $100 refundable security deposit for glassware breakages is required to be paid with the final invoice.
If there is an unforeseen date change, we will endeavour to honour the deposit taken and work with our clients to ensure the deposit will be used toward the rescheduled date providing it is not already booked.
We service events from the Byron shire area to Brisbane CBD. Travel fees may apply if an event is held outside of these areas
